Doctor Hajer TOUNSI obtained her IT diploma of Doctorate in December 2003 at the National School of Computer Science (ENSI) where she also obtained a DEA diploma in networks in 1997 and IT engineering diploma in 1995.

She has been a teacher researcher in the higher school of telecommunications of Tunis (SUP' COM) since 1999.

She is actually the head of the Cisco Academy Support Center and the Cisco Networking Academy Instructor Training (ITC) within SUP' COM.

She is CCNA certified (Cisco Certificate Networking Associate).

She has been a certified trainer in the Cisco Academy.

She made the Link State Routing test of the TITC (TEKonsult International Telecommunications Contest) in its first edition in December 2016
